There are 6 player stats: Tactics, Diplomacy, Healing, Survival, Scouting, and Leadership. Each of these stats are used in various places throughout the game. Each member of your adventure party will contribute to one of these statistics based on their character class. You are allocated, by default, 5 points in each of these statistics with an additional 8 points to place wherever you should choose.
Is used to intimidate enemies or change the starting situation in a battle to your advantage.
Affects your chance of success in negotiations and cultural exchanges.
Reduces the medicine cost of treating injured expedition members.
Improves the results of hunting. This reduces the daily consumption of rations.
Increases your maximum daily movement and will occasionally grant you information about an upcoming battle.
Bolsters the morale of your party members, reducing the risk of mutiny and increasing the chance for a Critical Hit in combat.
